Firstly Pith is not shown here! Xylem you made is circular whereas its polygonal in roots You had made a continuous layer of capsarian strip which is wrong! Capsarian strips are present with gap(passage cells r present)

Protoxylem is young xylem and meta xylem is mature xylem in dicot root protoxylem lies towards the periphery and metacylem towards the centre this is called as exarch vide versa in monocot .
