Consider increasing the amount of time when displaying the text introducing a person. Also increase the size and boldness of font, decrease space in between each text character. For example at 7:40, you introduce Thanasis. The text was only on screen for 1.5 seconds. That's not enough time. Sure the viewers can pause to read the info, but do you really want them to have that burden every time someone is introduced? One more thing is the bright font in front of bright background. Text needs to stand out and be easy to read. Otherwise, incredible video! Thank you so much!
