This was a beautiful conversation between you two. I've been exploring the inner dimension of who we are as human beings and this theory of interoceptive predictive coding is absolutely fascinating. The science is beginning to understand what the yogis have been talking about for thousands of years. Thank you both for this talk, I will definitely be learning more from Dr. Robert and of course the Anatomy Trains information.

I hope you do more of these chats. 1. The subject matter 2. Your love of your works. 3. I learned a lot and makes me think, how do I incorporate it in my practice. Well Done! Thank you.

You comment caught my attention.Im curious if you can locate a couple items that can help you. ALl you need is a racket ball or other object like a foam roller. If you are challenged to release pain from any trauma this works wonders. Just put the ball or roller on the area and lay your bodyweight on it very slowly making sure you can ALWAYS breath naturally or support your self. stay until you con COMPLETELY RELAX. The move to another area and repeat. While laying you may feel an associated pain in another area, go there next. Magic will happen and you will be free of being torn apart ! Sounds simple, but there is big science happening here.Peace

The Mind Eye Institute is doing some very interesting work with the retina which is part of the brain and has a lot to do with what they call non visual spatial sight.

Very poor audio presentation. You should have used mics. Your voice was kind of fuzzy and not very clear.

The subtitles worked well for me. But mics would have helped alot.
