Another mnemonic could be. SIMPLY LEARN THE PARTS THAT THE CARPUS HAS . For the carpal bones obviously, Bit more specific and easier to remember :)

Excellent job! I think the 1st metacarpophalangeal joint is a hinge joint, not a saddle joint. The saddle joint of the thumb is located between the base of the 1st metacarpal and trapezium. Thank you for your videos.

here's another mneumonic from my gross lab professor! it's a little more riskee (just like the medial thigh mneumonic) lol Some Lovers Try Positions That They Can't Handle S-Scaphoid L-Lunate T- Triquetrum P- Pisiform Th- Trapezium (say to yourself "trapeziUM at the base of the THUMB" and you'll never get confused between trapezium and trapezoid) T- Trapezoid C- Capitate H- Hamate
