Not sure if you know this but you can tap the power button to convert your dpad input into a joystick input

You can play some PSP games but not all. The graphics intensive ones people will need to make configurations . The games that work perfectly for me was SFA3U , Darkstalkers, Virtua Tennis, Final Fantasy Tactics, Crazy Taxi and some others .

Have you tried connecting bluetooth earphones? If so how was the audio quality?

I did not try to do this. With wired earphones the sound is terrible ( being 100% honest)

If you really wants more, you'll need to use CFWs as Knulli or MuOs. Anything past PS1 its like a bonus, some games will run great, others not.

I'm trying to remap the buttons on my 8BitDo M30 controller via Bluetooth to play fighting games like SFIII (thankfully it has HDMI out), but because the controller doesn't have analogue sticks I get stuck part way through the process. Have you been able to do this? Also will yours play Sega super-scaler arcade ROMS such as Powerdrift or Thunder blade?

There’s 2 options: there’s a way to configure all analogs movements to the digital pad, you just need to remap the analogs to the digital buttons . Another tip is that if you click once on the power button, the controller will switch between analog and digital pad, this way you can change the settings with a press of a button

Good video, pokemon games are pre-installed or you need the roms to play it?

It came with the rom already, but it’s pretty easy to find Roms nowadays. Thank you!

Can you go into the memory card bios from the PS1 emulator? I want yo play final fantasy VII, but the game have 3 CD's. If you complete one CD, you have to load the profile from the memcard for the next CD. Is it possible?

There’s an option to change the cd on retroarch. You have access to the save games on the sd card. Thanks for watching

don't know how late this is but retroarch (the emulation front end this uses) has a feature for changing discs while you play. Finished FFIX a while ago and it just worked. And yes you can also just boot to the memcard bios.
