ANC reacts to court ruling regarding MK Party trademark

The ANC says it will appeal the ruling regarding the trademark of the MK Party.
It has lost its case against the uMkhonto weSizwe Party in the High Court in Durban.
The ANC had hauled the MK Party to court accusing it of violating the Trademark Act by using the name and logo similar to that of the governing party's disbanded uMkhonto weSizwe military wing.
