Mbalula, did you book the delegates including officials in the townships bed and breafasts? The Golf shirts that you are wearing and other paraphernalia, are they manufactured locally? You say you have dismantled "State Capture", can you take the nation into confidence as to who is currently handling the contracts that were subject to State Capture as you say? Has there been any successful prosecution of thise allegedly convicted of State Capture? The institutions of higher learning who held onto Nasfas money and earned interest on it, have they been penalised accordingly or at least are they in the process of being held accountable for this grossly unethical behaviour?
