In your thinking, it’s a good line of questioning but if you noticed, Davila readily said that the act of asking grijaldo inside the office of Fernandez is wrong. That was just the opinion of Davila but for Congressmen Fernandez and Abante, there is no problem with asking grijaldo, thinking that they may extract some informations that may help them in the formulation of a bill. The Congress unlike the court is more liberal when it comes to the rules of court, they can make their own house rules without following the rules of court. It maybe inappropriate to some but with Abante and Fernandez, nothing is wrong, no rules has been violated. For Davila maybe wrong but that was just her opinion. We know that she has mastered the art of making intriguing questions but if the interviewee knows how to counter the trapping questions of Davila, she will rattle on her next questions because her premise question is countered. Look at the way Imee Marcos countered the questions of Davila, her subsequent questions are not that sensible anymore because her script did not go as she wanted to flow base on her script.
