This is good, we are being educated how the National Budget developed. Sa ngayon, mukhang yong trabaho ng Congress and bulilyaso. Kudos kay FPRRD for bringing up this issue and kudos kay PBBM for his deligence. Between them, na-focus kung saan ang problema.

Why not file a case to hold accountable those who endorsed for signing instead of blaming the President as if he is the one and person whose signature appeared in the document, right? If there were indeed blank then why allow to have endorsed and waited to be sign when correction must have done at the very moment they say they've seen blanks? Isn't it a toleration not correcting right away the blanks but waited it was signed?

Exactly dbm will not allow any blank item 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉in Dept Ed we usually sibmit our Well planned budget which is sometimes passed with lots of scrutiny and disagreement so we need to study again and send back to our office for correction on those documents what we have submitted if there were corrections to be made like typographical error, exceeding amount in items which is questionable in funding in our school budget maliit man ang opisima ko as school principal lahat po ito nararanasan ko na di ma approved ang budget plan na ginawa ko at need ko pang mag explain if ayaw kong palitan ang amount ng budget sa specific item para maipasa sa DBM at mapondohan kaya ako naiintindihan ko ang issue na ito dahil mga humahawak lang ng budget sa bawat agencya ng gobyerno na may MOOE ang makakaintindi🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

You don’t understand the process. The bicam report is the foundation for moving forward. If a bicam report, filled with blanks, gets approved by some congressmen and senators in its incomplete state, it either means they failed to thoroughly review the document or they have malicious intentions. This corrupts the entire process. Don’t be ignorant !!! anyone with basic comprehension and empathy can see this clearly.
