Think about the application, when you read Bill 1979 wala nga yung term na "childhood m*sterbation" however pag may isang scenario na kakailanganin tignan yung bill 1979 which was written so vaguely and generally. Since nakalagay na "guided by the CSE" ano pa bang gagawin ng mga abogado and judges kundi pupuntahan ang sinasabing reference. Yung CSE was written in the Woke Era which everyone will agree is trash. I read the CSE. It's leftist ideology. Applied by countries like Australia, Ghana, Thailand, etc mga bansa na ang gender is as confusing as a hangover. So, yeah! Conservative is way better than crazy.

I supported her removal as CJ, but she is right with her points though. Also, it's really a stupid and an unnecessary law. All of the aims of Hontiveros' bill are already covered by RH Law. The law increasing the age of consent should have also protected these teens. (so why not ensure that these laws are being properly implemented rather than make another law that just overlaps with one another and that for sure would not also be implemented properly)

Mali po yung sinabi ni Ms. Davila na "it's good to discus with another advocate of the SB1979." CJ Sereno is most definitely not an advocate of SB1979, whether in the original version or in the substitute version of Sen. Hontiveros. Last time I checked, an "advocate" is someone who supports something or is in favor of something. And CJ definitely does not support SB1979 in any version.
