First of all, a so called PNP chief, has a terrible command of english and with a cringy sentence structures. Second, I feel his statement are full of denials and very little logic and most likely from a memory recall from rehearsed statement from advisers. Third, his mannerisms doesnt reflect of a retired general who fully served. I can see a better person in a "kargador" from Navotas port or most taxi drivers, who has lived a better and honest human being
