Quadcom has no right to ask personal documents of a resource person unless they file a case against him in the court of law and let the court order Roque to produce the said documents not the Kangaroos Court of Quadcom

Ginagawa nilang tumakas sa summons, subpoena, or Warrant of Arrest ng Senado or Kongreso papuntang ibang banasa.... para mapilitan ang kaukulang ahensiya ng pamahalaan (law enforcement agency) na mag-file na ng kaso sa Trial Courts.... Kasi nga daw... ang subpoena at warrant of Arrest coming from the Senate or Congress in Aide of Legislation.... ay walang power para mapa- aresto sila sa ibang bansa or even powers to deport them back to the Philippines. So mapipilitan ngang mag file ng madalian and unripened case o kaso ang executive branch law enforcement agencies.... at kapag nangyari yun... ay pwede ng bumalik ang mga pinaghahanap ng hearing sa Senado at Kongreso.... kasi hindi na sila mapipilit na mag salita sa mga Probe Hearings/ Inquiries in Aide of Legislation... kasi they can now use the alibi of ... "I refuse to testify... May kaso na po kasing naka sampa sa Court laban saken and I envoke my Rights to Self-Incrimination" Tactics or Strategy po yan.
