Karen ako nagpapaupa ng condo nasa contract and may agreement kami that the condo should only use for staying and not use for other businesses kung baga tirahan lang ng 2 katao at di pwede sumobra sa 2 if the tenant violated the contract pwede ko sila paalisin and kasama sa contract na may rights ako to check the unit kahit makatira na sila pero may prior notice at andun yung tenent pag nag check ako...it's my responsibility to check if the tenant is properly using my unit...so I guess ganun din sa pagpaparenta ng lupa at buildings.
