Also all of them have done something the other couldn't do it. Eg. Mourinho has won every European competition, Pep has won 6 out of 6 in a season, Carlo has won ucl back to back. So the only way to Judge is the Total Number of Trophies. And Pep has more Trophies than Both of them in fewer number of years as compared to Carlo n Mourinho.
