Okay. My grandfather passed away on December 31, but I know for a fact that his exit was during the night of the 30th. I wish I could hug him one more time but I’m so glad I was able to have the experiences I did with him and enjoy the last 8 years with him. I meditated 3 or 4 nights before he passed away and asked spirit to take him out of his misery and pain. I called on the spirit of his mother and father to accept him with open arms. Okay, so my understanding is you want to write down on a paper positive things you want to happen in your life, wrap that piece of paper around that water bottle, read that paper aloud into the water (as our ancestors used to) Believing within your heart that you're very well Speaking those things into existence what positive things that you wrote down on that paper that you're wanting to see in your reality. Like for example ..great health, clarity, wealth, happiness. As far as the 369 method in speaking into the water, well ..I'm just a little confused on that part, also...maybe you'll find the answer on KZbin. I hope that helps you sweet lady. ❤

Hey! New here. In case you haven't found it, the 3-6-9 method is when u write something down and read it 3 x's in the morning, 6 x's in the afternoon and 9x's before bed.
