Thank you. I am more + more often now ‘feeling’ the direction I am to take whether it’s around watching a video ( 😌 ) or wondering which road to walk down while taking the dog out. I am trying not to hold any expectation about anything + while that may seem ‘aimless’, it has been working + I am trusting the process. This definitely feels as though I am being lead or guided + I am learning what it ‘feels’ like to be guided in this way. Very profound. 😌✨♥️✨👍🏽✨🇨🇦

My grandmother was a Swedish immigrant as a child. I went to Sweden last year and was amazed by the ways and things of the people there were like me. Im carrying some ancestral things i was not aware of. I totally sgree.

This is now being understood in the collective ❤ we need to identify, release, and recode our USB ports (unconscious patterns) DNA 🧬✨

I appreciate your teaching around ancestral work. I can only understand a little of what you’re saying as my connection to ancestors seems very remote. I’m confident though that my understanding can grow inch by inch 😊

Thank you. That's where we all start. I feel that an intention goes a long way.

Q: do you have I know what the ancestral trauma was to heal it or can you simply heal by working through those tough emotions and trusting your intuition to take the next step ? Ah it is. that what we’re here to do. All clear! 😂

Ha, yes, I feel that we can ask, trust, be present and receive.
