Khit ako khit sa sleep paralysis lng ako nakakaranas ng ganito pro nakaranas na ako na may nakita well dto sa amerika natural lng na makakita ka ng black shadow😂 hnd ko tlga makakalimutan yun gabi na yun punta ako sa banyo tpos may nakita akong black figure patungo sya sa may kitchen, it was skinny. But before that high school plng ako, pag uwi ko sa bahay na ako lng mag isa 😂 putik pagpasok ko sa may living room, sobrang dilim, may nakita akong itim na pusa na may pulang mata! Bwisit! Takot pa nmn ako sa pusa, natakot ako dali dali ako pumasok sa kwarto ko until 5pm nandyan na yung papa ko- pumunta ako ulit sa living room pra ma debunk ko kung ano yung nakita ko, ang nakita ko lng mga sapatos, may malaki boots pro impossible! Wala sa mga shoes or boots sizes ng pusa with red eyes. I couldnt debunk it That was hela scary so kalimutan ko nlng! Then one night nagsimula na yung pagkakaroon ko ng mga nightmares; i saw this black man with red eyes, naka upo sya tinitigan ako, tpos ako hnd ako makagalaw maka sigaw hirap na hirap ako! Sya nakatingin lng sya sa akn! Hnd ko sya makakalimutan; he had this short black hair, npka itiiim nya, may red eyes, tpos may skin skirt sya na prng makaluma na prng suot ng mga caveman noong unang panahon! Then paggising ko wala nmng lalaki 😂pro felt ko dati na yung pusa na nakita ko sa may living room at yung itim na lalaki sa sleep paralysis ko ay iisa. Tpos nagdasal ako bago ako matulog ulit pro yung mga nightmares ko hnd ako pnapatahimik. Gabi2x nlng nakakatakot yung babae, african sya, nakatayo sa harapan ko, hnd sya nagsasalita, nakatayo lng naka suot sya ng long dress prng 1800s 😂 tpos bigla lng sya lumuhod at tnaas nya yung left hand nya prng humihingi ng tulong! I was so scared! Tpos sa mga nightmare ko may naririnig akong mga kalesa, tpos yung babae may british accent sya. Humina lng yung pagkakaroon ko ng nightmares ng dhil nag move out na kmi sa ngyon hnd na ako madalas nagkakaroon d katulad sa dati nming nirentahan ngyon paminsan minsan nlng. Thank God
