great question! in your main navigation, add a link (same way you add a page but choose link), then add this format of link: www.websiteurl.com/pageslug/#CUSTOMTEXT

nope, just goes straight in the css panel like this: html { scroll-behavior: smooth; } let me know if you still have issues! :)
