I know that when teaching especially the younger ones you just want to put them on the sidelines and jump in and do it yourself but you definitely have the proper patience and are teaching the proper way. Even if it makes me a little dizzy I still appreciate you teaching the younger ones how to video and giving them a chance, I'm sure it makes them feel awesome and appreciated. Also Ridge has made huge improvements on not only his ranch work but his video skills. He's a lot steadier and isn't getting as sidetracked. Definitely parents that can be proud of all their kid's!

You need buckets of patience with that many kids. You do an excellent job, I thought I had a lot of patience you are the wizard. If your kids know you love them and care for them they will follow you up mountains. Another educational video on handling calves. Hard working parents. Hope you all stay safe and healthy.

I think it is great that you have patients and allow all of the children to participate. It would get done faster if you did it but they would not learn. I love the kids filming. Yes it jumps around but you are a great teacher on film. I am 59 and still remember my dad teaching me as a child. God bless your family.

I watch your videos as soon as new ones are posted. In this video you say that you need to be paid more because of your patience. I say that you are probably the most patience person I have ever seen. You work so well with your kids and everyone of them know how to work. They are so well taught to do what they are asked to do without any questions. The respect that they have for both you and your wife is so nice to see. We need more parents like you who are raising their kids the right way. Not only do they help work on the ranch but they are also involved in school sports and in Rodeo competition. Good job and you and your wife both need an award for parents of the year. I would like to know why you named all your kids names starting with the letter “R”.

I really wish I had your patience. I wish I would have had a lot more with my oldest son. I was always afraid of him getting hurt. I grew up with a dad that didn't have patience. I probably heard the words "hurry up" more than I heard my name growing up. I got hurt several times as a kid. I got kicked in the face loading some calves when I was probably 9 or 10, and I couldn't put that out of my mind as my oldest son was growing up. I admit that I occasionally get nervous watching your boys work sometimes, but I'm not one of those people who criticize what other people do. I think you're doing it right and I did it wrong. My youngest son is getting old enough now to start helping out. I hope I can find patience to keep him involved and engaged with our lifestyle.
