This video just randomly popped up in my things to watch, I'm glad I stayed to the end, you guys are quite interesting to watch and I subscribed for more . Where you are is a bit different to our farm in Manitoba ,Canada at the moment It's rather cold and snow covered here . Being a mechanic and fabricator myself, I was watching you feed that pipe through the plow. could you take a chain or something that would fall down the plow pipe then tie the water pipe on it to help pull it from the bottom. It might help take some of the time and fight out of it. Take care all.

Looks to me that it might be an old military target vehicle and with the OD paint might have been a vehicle that was surplus and towed out as a practice target for new pilots to just practice bombing runs
