Billy Carson, after looking at drawings, and the one at 52 minutes in video, the "hovering" object also looks like a radio transmitter. Look at Ham radio Yagi antennas and elements of Yagi antennas. Also look at HAM radio antenna ground radials.and counterpoise diagrams. I think there may be a match to some of what your are seeing.
