Ancient Bards, Limb Music and Rockshots Music Management are proud to present to you the video clip of "In My Arms;" the first single from the band's new album "A New Dawn Ending," which is coming out on April 25th in Europe and Japan and on June 10th in North America. "In My Arms" is the dejected and resigned inner cry of Queen Shena, as her aching eyes with which she saw her son Surod (Dorus) pass away 16 years ago are tormented once again as she must now bear witness to the anguishing duel between Daltor and Sendor.

The video itself is amazing...simplistic in it's approach yet extremely powerful at the same time. And the song? WOW! If you've been following the Saga of the Black Crystal Sword since the first album and understand what is going on, this definitely has an emotional impact. If you're new to the Saga, or this is the first video by the Ancient Bards that you have seen, or first song you've heard by them, what a fantastic way to be introduced to an amazing band!!

Exactly. Never been big on Ancient Bards before but this song is amazing because Sara has one of the best voices I heard and she really shines on this track. I do not mind if the rest of the album is more power metal as I expect an Ancient Bards album to sound like (unfortunately for me) but I really hope this isn't the only song where we can truly appreciate her vocal range.

I was excited when i first saw this video,the more i watch it,the more i fall in love with the song,truely epic and enchanting. I am not one to use the word "cheesy" to describe any metal. I think normally it is both disingenuous and kind of misleading, but the 5 person opera and the classical quartet (pentet?) are really cheesy. Especially at 2:32 where it looks like a couple of people are holding their instrument wrong and the green screen can be seen on the bassist.
