Normally I fight dragons on foot, but Senessax was one shotting me, probably because I need to get more tree fragments, so I went for the traditional Torrent cheese instead. You can hang around his feet for a while, just listen for the electricity sparking when he ignites his arms for his attack and run away from the aoe.
