@@DozingDragonASMR you are more than welcome ❣️ just a bit of vulnerability here, I suffer from narcolepsy, and oftentimes when my anxiety is high when I go to sleep I will have hallucinatory nightmares that carry over into when I wake up. In all honesty, they are terrifying and super hyper-realistic. Being able to fall asleep to something that can distract my brain from the trials of everyday life helps me to have better dreams. And like I mentioned before, I'm ridiculously picky for only God knows why lol 😂🙄 You are helping me more than you know!

thank you for sharing that with me, and being vulnerable. Though I am grateful that i could be any measure of help in any way, I hope and wish for only the most joyful of dreams for you. Regular nightmares are quite unnerving, I can only imagine the more realistic ones, I hope it gets easier with time friend ♥️🥺 I am not sure if this would be of help to you, but during quite a stressful time in my life, watching Critical Role’s videos would help me sleep easier, hearing the players talk and laugh it felt like I was surrounded by company. Maybe that might also help if you have any interest in D&D? Apologies for the long reply!
