You're not actually astral traveling. What happens is that these types of meditations and other techniques alter your consciousness to generate the illusion that you are astral traveling. There's been times where "travel" fancy people speak in a language which I didn't know. However what I realized was that I was watching something in the past that would describe people related to that so I generated the illusion of such being spoken. I can easily teach a person how to do this but it's not really practical to be honest. It is not difficult to astral travel but it's really not useful. You have to be careful because what time you can actually feel like you left your body because you disassociate from reality. You get the illusion that you can feel certain stuff to even the point of feeling as if you're another person when in reality you're just an alter ego of yourself that you are experiencing through these meditations.

Although astral projection doesn't really exist, I can tell you through meditation that it's possible for me to be in the position to basically be in another reality with vividness, and similar senses of this. Does it seem reall? Yes. That's because I meditate a lot, 1-3 hours a day. However meditation causes dissociation like that. That's why there's the illusion. There's even "feeling," such as "feeling energy," to feeling I am "floating." However that's because with videos like this, it created the illusion of this being "paranormal," when it's not What would be valid evidence is if they have the next year of stock prices, which I write down, and store in a vault, seeing if they match at least 60% of them.
