3:20 "Write the bad things that are done to you in sand, but write the things that happen to you on a piece of marble." This is very beautiful for its deep meaning. Why does it says to write the bad things that happen to us in sand? So that the wind would blow it away and we won't think about it anymore. Instead, we look on the bright side of our life and write the good things that happen to us on a piece of marble. So we could cherish and remember those good moments thus being grateful.

That's such a profound way to look at life. Writing the bad things in sand reminds us to let go of the negative and not let it define us, while writing the good moments in marble encourages us to hold onto gratitude. It’s really a great reminder to focus on what we can control. Do you think it's easy to practice this mindset in difficult times, or do you feel it's something we need to constantly remind ourselves to do?

RedFrost Motivation, one of the Chinese proverbs in this video has struck a real cord with me tonight... "To succeed consult three old people." I have two lifelong disabilities. Left sided cerebral palsy and a 33% brain injury from birth. Haven't really had any family and friends check in with one throughout 'Coronavirus Chaos'. Thankfully we reached toward some local services and have been getting a welfare call pretty much every week since April via Chris, our town vicar, housing association befriending team member Terri, and Andrew, a brain injury charity worker. They are all of a mature age and I'm only forty myself but their collective support last nine months has certainly helped a lot to make sure we don't go down a dark road. I'll forever be indebted to them. When seeing above quote it made Mr Seymour cry and shiver in equal measure. Thank You for including such a profound saying.
