I like to give thanks to Guru Sri M 🙏 l am in SA, Africa, know nothing about 🧘‍♀️ but I have experience awakening and I was confused, until I saw the video of Guru Sri M on you tube, then I was awakening again because I have started to understand my experience. So now I wish to know more about yoga, because my awakening was spontaneous a gift from my ancestors. Please help!
