Due to the addition of cards such as Triple Tactics and Ultimate Slayer, the deck is very strong at going 2nd. All duels were recorded in the December 2023 DC Cup event in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. Love it! Ancient Warriors has been one of my favorite master duel decks since they added the Don Ying and Deception and Betrayal cards. Definitely gonna experiment with Thrust and Ultimate Slayer. I'd experimented in the past with cards like Dark Ruler No More and Evenly Matched, but obviously there's drawbacks to playing those in a Battle Phase dependent deck. Also great choice of music! Great Red Spirit is probably one of my all time favorite DW tracks.

I think it's largely RNG unfortunately! Ancient Warrior often gives you powerful turn 2 board breaker hands, but at the cost of weak turn 1 plays

Awesome vid. Upper Tofu's Master 1 climb with Ancient Warriors was so fun to watch. Great win versus Generaider. Lots of disruptions to play through. Also lol @ how there are degenerate Timelord players in every Duelist Cup. Play a real deck ya bums, lol.
