Ancients Awakened Mod OST - "DOUBLE TROUBLE" - Theme of the Grips of Chaos

Three words: CHAOTIC PITCH BENDING
Yes indeed, once again I have brought another AA track to the table! This time, its for the Grips of Chaos (again XD ). I did of course create a theme for these guys about three years ago, but with AA's rebirth, the rebirth of its music must follow! That said, OH MY LORD I THINK I WENT TOO FAR CUZ THIS IS ONE OF IF NOT MY FAVORITE ORIGINAL TRACK I'VE EVER MADE XXDD . Its suitably chaotic, shifting frequently between different basslines and percussion patterns, along with shifting in tone. I've been trying for more of a more fun and energetic vibe overall with these recent AA remakes as to reflect the beginning of the player's journey, and I'm very happy with how this track conforms to that idea; I think the pitch bends really sell the energy. I still love the original track, but I always knew it had more potential, and it was so much dang fun to go back and go absolutely ham XD . Sadly, video/ KZbin compression has screwed up a few minor things :/ , but I do intend to release the high-quality version to Bandcamp so ya'll can enjoy it as intended! Anyway, thats enough outta me.
Credit to ENNWAY (formerly Turquoise) for the main grips motif, ProVGM for the AA main theme, Inferno, and Mire motifs that are featured, Begoliah and LocoLunatic for the sprites and animations, respectively.
I do plan to tackle Broodmother next once her new sprite and animations are done, so hopefully that'll be soon!

yo man, this is a MAJOR upgrade from the original! (not saying the original is bad, mind you) VERY impressive work! what software are you using btw? i am working on developing my own pixel art RPG's kinda akin to the first 4 Final Fantasy games, and i want to develop my own music for this, or at least equip my more musically aligned brother with said tools and then commission him for the songs. thank you in advance, and here's to your future endeavors!

Damn, I am very late (like about 4-5 months late). AA was the reason I got into modded Terraria, I am beyond happy to see it is still being worked on, though I won’t expect to see it in 1.4 for at least another several months (if it’s still being worked on at the time of writing).

The entire mod has been in the process of being remade from the ground up for a while now. As for the bosses getting cut, I really don't know, but it's probably for the better.
