The previous episode where Che said she was going to Air bnb her place I thought - interesting, which cast member is going to end up renting it? As soon as Aidan did his whine bout not being able to be in Carrie's apartment, I knew they'd end up there. I reconnected with my previous fiance about 5 years after each of our marriages ended. I learned you can go back, but it may not be what you wanted. I realized for me it was a step back and I wanted to go forward. I also realized for me it was my way to relive "us" and I wanted a do over to prove to myself that my chaotic marriage had been a fluke, that I had had a relationship that was great and could be built upon again. I didn't see the impact that his marriage had on him and what he wanted with me going forward, and he was still this type A "do what I say" guy that riled my stubborn independence. We stayed friends, though, and he's an excellent friend (and I hope he thinks that about me too) So do I think Carrie and Aidan will work or should work? no. Aidan is like home for her and you know what they say, you can never really go home again. You both said a things that gave me a lot to think about , your commentary is thoughtful and insightful and I appreciate that. I still loved the episode and have to admit the last 3 episodes have been good enough I have replayed them all a few times now to see if my take changes after I catch things I missed the first time around.

Interesting that they look at big as a mistake... it was... but it was an easy mistake to make for Carrie. Season 2 is much better than season 1.
