Could you have ever imagined that one day you would pull into a remote town that is only accessible by boat and helicopter and people would know who you are? THAT is the impact that you have and it's amazing!
@tomwilliams86755 жыл бұрын
The drone footage was Oscar winning. Just outstanding! To think how much those would have cost to take in a helicopter. I can't see how you can make a better episode. If there is a KZbin award for excellence this my choice. Love you guys. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

When you are open and dare to go where where no one else travels to you are treated with unique experiences and people and that is the magic of what you two do. Honest unique content I can't help but binge. Thank you for sharing this with us. Next time you are in this area you have to sail down the St Laurence to the Rieshlu River and then Lake Champlain in Vermont NY. Trust me. You will love it.

As a Newfoundlander, it is so nice to see an area of the province I haven't had the opportunity to see myself. Even though I sailed past the area twice, delivering sailboats from Boston and North Sydney to Newfoundland. You really got a true taste of what rural Newfoundland is all about. Thank you for making a great video and putting a smile on my face.

The people in Newfoundland are like no where else. The best way to meet a 'newfie' is pretend you broke down at the side of the road and they will come out of the woods to help you in a blink of an eye. Proud to be a Canuck! You will never forget your experience if you go. The terrain changes throughout the island. Keep educating Uma.

“Over hill, over dale, Thorough bush, thorough brier, Over park, over pale, Thorough flood, thorough fire, I do wander everywhere, Swifter than the moon's sphere; And I serve the fairy queen, To dew her orbs upon the green. The cowslips tall her pensioners be: In their gold coats spots you see; Those be rubies, fairy favours, In those freckles live their savours: I must go seek some dewdrops here And hang a pearl in every cowslip's ear. Farewell, thou lob of spirits; I'll be gone: Our queen and all our elves come here anon.” - William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night's Dream I do believe that Dan and Kika have been aptly guided by an honest Puck.

Once again, Uma crew left me grinning! BTW: there's a folk song "Nobody Knew She Was There," which is what I thought of when I saw the video title. It's about a woman who basically sacrifices herself to a life of toil and nobody notices. Sad. They left this part out, but I'm pretty sure she bought a couch. ;-)
