For people who are wondering: HOW DO CHALLENGES IN UNO WORK?!!?!??!?!! Well, here's how they work: If a player plays a Wild Draw 4, Switching from blue to red then the victim of the card's penalty can challenge the player if they think they have a blue card which isn't thrown away, So that means you have to throw away all of the blue cards or any cards of the active color BEFORE playing a Wild Draw 4 just so you will be safe from challenges but except for people's memories. (Numbers of the cards don't count and the rule does not apply to the original Wild card.) Hope this helped :D
