You could just add the value of the land to the cash at the end when you the cash to the next playthru.

Hey zorch. Wouldn't you be closer from southern Ohio to Buffalo NY to get to the outskirts of to? Not sure if you're in the west or east side of Ohio. Love your state by the way.
