Al feels all the feels. In the manga he threatens to beat Tucker up himself if he doesn't STFU after he stops Ed from killing him.

I see there's no shortage of dub v sub discourse around these parts, but regardless of the acting, the dub has a way more naturalistic translation that I think will hit better in the sad moments, just my unsolicited 2 cents lol

hunter here-- I have seen it!! I loved it, that's what actually got me into anime in the first place. jade has not seen it, but has heard all about it and knows virtually everything that happens (because I texted her as I was watching AOT lmaoooo)!

The only thing it rubs me off of your commentary was when you were surprised that a teenager like Edward had empathy, like "teenagers dont have that" its so wrong, specially considering the life edward and alphonse have, i mean this chapter broke so many people in the 2003 version, and most who we watched by the time were jsut kids or teenagers, believe me we had plenty of empathy to know and feel how wrong was what tucker did...

apologies for offending you! I know that teenagers can feel empathy, and I also know that developmentally, teenagers are more selfish than adults. that's why I said that! we've all been teenagers before, me not that long ago, so we've all been there! hope that makes sense
