Elden ring is fantastic, but it should not win twice. Game of the year should be restricted to full release games, not DLC. DLC fits better into the Best Ongoing category but they refuse to put anything other than live service or MOBAs in it.

Helldivers deserves GOTY. Arrowhead should not be faulted because of sony and what they did. Helldivers, took over the gaming landscape for months and proved that live service can be done correctly
