The process you speak of is only relevant to when omega is casually existing and even then you have it confused. The energy omega uses to destroy the planet will cause the destruction of the entire macrocosm. Not to mention Omega shenron is stated to be playing with this energy, so he isnt trying to cause immeadiate destruction. Sugoroku Space is the both the space and the game, though depending on the context, the name maybe referring to only one of the two. Prime example is when Sugoro says the name but refers to the game collapsing, not the dimension itself. This is proven by the shinigami of the realm, telling goku and sugoro that they will wander the space for eternity while STILL destroying the GAME. So yes Goku while in base as a kid slamming a fully intact outerversal realm is extremely impressive. Again Zamasu overestimating his power is not uncommon, not to mention, it's something he tries to do and has no effect on any other timeline beyond a power than is sensable. Also Goku Black is not saying he is truly the concept or form of order, its exaggeration to highlight him completeting his plan and what he thinks of himself as. there are better outer arguments than this gng.

I mean there was Far faster Feats in the Dragon Ball franchise heck there was faster feats then even Ultra instinct in the Dragon Ball franchise I mean Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is a excellent example of it I mean you could literally see Goku punching Frieza as a Super Saiyan blue I mean you couldn't even see the kicks or punches from Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta until he started slowing his attack speed down yet still it looked like a blur. Then there's Ultra instinct even during the fight with jiren you could still see the impact that Goku's attacks had on jiren verses Omega Shenron which knew nothing of it until he looked down to see that his nose was bleeding and his body started to feel it seconds after because Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta Had such speed and accuracy that the pain sectors in Omega Shenron body didn't even have time to react to the damage that was caused. But yeah I really don't think these Dragon Ball super fans don't even pay that much attention to the franchise as a whole to see that there has been far faster feets in the franchise.

SSJ4 Gogeta isn't the strongest in DB media, if we take Heroes into consideration, as both LBSSJ4 and SSBE Gogeta exist. Also, you lack any compelling arguments, feats, and calculations to back up your claims. SSB struggled against Broly? Really? It wasn't so much of a struggle when Gogeta decided that Broly has to die in order to stop him, even though he knows Broly is a kind-hearted saiyan. As stated in the novelization of the movie, Gogeta's Kamehameha was him at full power, which snapped Broly out of his senseless rampage, due to the fact that Broly knew he was going to die when the attack connects.
