Actually, this song is about criticism of the education system in Indonesia from the POV of teenage students. & I think the chorus vocals are presented in a murotal style. Like someone who is reading the Qur'an.

Bonjour à nouveau V et merci pour plus de VOB ! ❤ Written when they were still in their teens (!), this song is about their dissatisfaction with their school system, specifically how rigid the curriculum was, more focused on academic knowledge and often ignoring non-academic knowledge, leaving few options or space for dreams/creativity (and certainly no way for students to have input on changes). On the blackboard: I promise not to disobey even though my heart is lame/crippled/hobbled. On the mannequins: pudar/samar - dull/faded/faint. And since VOB is so lyric-centric, the lyrics are usually given in the song description, and you can copy/paste into an online translator (that's what I do 😊).

She is ok but not great there are much better singers that are being ignored. My all time favorite is South Korean trot sing sensation Jung Seo Joo, to my eyes and ears no one compares to singing ability

Apologies to VOB fans, but the latest reaction to Angelina Jordan had the comments turned off, so I have to comment here.🤷‍♀ It's so hard not to immediately point you to the video of her singing at 1½! But I think you really should see at least a couple more things before you jump back quite that far. At the very least, I would recommend doing one more: "Feeling Good" live on _The Stream Gir Tilbake_ (a live charity-related TV special) when she was 10. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmnOcn9jqKx9rpo You will be amazed at how mature her voice sounded at that point. But the reason I'm suggesting it is so you can notice how she uses her free hand (the other one's holding the microphone) to sort of mirror physically the "feeling" of the melody she is singing. Baby Angelina does the same kind of thing - if only briefly - in the other video I'm alluding to. She also shakes her head slowly as she sings and closes her eyes a couple of times, as if she's really *feeling* the song - as if she actually understands what the song is about. It's crazy… I guess I should also point out, she doesn't actually sing an entire song at 1½ years old. She only sings little bits of it (the song is "I Will Always Love You", by the way) as her mother encourages her from behind the camera and tries to "cue" her about where she is in the song. There is one point, though, where she seems to recognize what she should be singing just based on the chord change in the music, and she proceeds to deliver a _perfect_ "And I hope…" before getting lost again and returning to the title line too soon (which she does a lot).🤗 But, hey… she was 18 months old (supposedly), and not even singing in her native language, so… you know… we can give her a break on that. Another thing that is really striking to me is how well she stays on key, considering her age. Personally, I think she does at least as good a job with that as her 23-year-old mother!😁 (BTW, the mic she is singing into is a real wireless karaoke mic, which is rather intriguing. I wonder if her family enjoyed "karaoke nights", and that's where her interest in music and singing originally came from.
