My sister please pray.. nothing beats the prayer of a mother for her children.. Please lay it all before God and He will help you, He will even protect and take care of your daughter when you can’t. Trust God to help you win your daughter back and commit this case into His hands. I was in a similar situation to yours a while ago and almost lost my daughter to her father’s side of the family. I’ve never prayed so much in my life.. And He heard my cry. The plan was also to render me as unfit by bribing the system.. to cut a long story short, it didn’t work! My child is now here with me and we’ve even relocated far away from those people and started a new life. Trust me, God will help you!

There are women who can be irresponsible. I know a guy who ended up looking after his daughter who is now at University. He allowed his daughter to visit her mother, whenever she wanted. Never mess with children and stop any of the parents from being in contact with their parents. You are killing that child, you are hurting the child. It is stupid people who do that. Children need both parents, that is where co-parenting comes in. These people who mess with the child's brain are really stupid fools, that family don't realize that they are hurting this child. The child will get to know the truth when she gets older. Where children are involved, parents must be matured and get along. This girl I am speaking about, when she turned 21,both families from her mother and father were there and everybody enjoyed themselves including her. She was about 3 years when the father started to raise her. There are very good men out there who look after their children very well.

As a Social worker myself. I know the best interest of a child to be being with their biological mother as their primary care giver. By virtue of birth nje a mother acquires 100% of parent rights and responsibilities over their child especially unmarried mothers. You really need to convince the Magistrate beyond reasonable doubts for the court to declare a mother unfit to care for her child. I mean drug tests and mental diagnosis if needs be. Home circumstance report must be brought in court detailing the living conditions of the mother in question. None of these was followed in this mother’s case. Which makes me wonder how the court order came about

Hi Nicole. So sorry you are going through that. God will see you through and give you wisdom and resources to overcome this. I went through something similar. My twin boys were staying with his mom from when they were 8 months. At 2 years old I started seeing symptoms of abuse, and the way they cried everytime when I live. They were in Mpumalanga and I was in Joburg. This bothered me to a point were I consulted a medium, and she confirmed the horrible stuff his mom was doing to my kids. I knew it was going to be difficult to fetch them, his mom is exactly like you child's grandmother. I started by fetching their birth certificates, lied that I am going to register them at work. I then took their clothes bit by bit. And waited till their father was out of country. Asked his mom permission to take them to my mom to visit. I never returned them. Their dad came back and tried to take them back to his mom, I involved the police. Luckily, my cousins hubby is a station manager, he sent his people. His family is rich and connected, I thought it would be impossible to take the kids away from them. God will see you through. And somebody will come to rescue when you least expect it. Keep fighting.

Lawyers are expensive and traveling cost and accommodation since everything is held in Free state welkom, plus fees for every process. My job pays well for my role but for me to take care of me and my child and expenses. I could apply for a loan I would qualify but I have a Judgements 2 of them under my name I can't apply for anything and that's for the love I'm fighting for right now whose school fees is not being paid I have to pay and the school lawyers. I now feel like my story can be helpful. 4 years later i'm still married. he is NOT cooperating with the process. 2 years were spent bringing applications, wasting money finaly the family advocate rules 50-50 coparenting. My son lives with his dads family I can't imagine going through this. Your daughter did not send that message mommy. A minor can not choose who they want to stay with. I can relate to your story. When I separated with my husband I told him that I will not stop him from seeing the children and I even allowed them to visit their grandparents for the sake of being fair . Little did I know that when kids visited the grand mother they would not be allowed to answer calls from my family side. When I called my daughter the granny would be listening to our conversations and I could sense that she was not free to speak. At some point she would call me hiding in the blankets and ask me to fetch her coz the treatment wasn't good. When ever she texted would delete the msgs immediately. I'm dealing with a depressed daughter who is suicidal as we speak.

This is too painful mommy... My only advice is to please escalate the matter to the superiors of the people attending to your case, it sounds like they under someone's payroll. What hurts the most here it women who are doing this to another women. Please rest assured that your child is will not be a child forever and eventually she will see them for who they really are and they will then think the child is being influenced God is not a fool.
