When I moved to Manchester NH I met a man at the bus stop whose grandmother knew Mrs. Eddy in Concord. I've passed by the old Pleasant View property many times. The Church built a retirement home for Christian Scientists on the site. Later it was turned over to the State who converted it, I believe, into an institution for the mentally handicapped.
