I wouldn't say it made them "freak out". It made them lose control over their Watcher/Listener form. Grian was able to gain it back on his own, but the others needed a bit of help to do that (G is more experienced because of his connection to Dream who got turned at a really young age, so he knows a lot)

On Behave of the Court I think that would make him a grandpa because he pseudo-adopted grian and grian pseudo-adopted Timmy and Martyn. But they would need adoption papers and a Cort case if there other guardian doesn't want to sign the papers and then you would need to make it official PS might not be correct so we will need a referral before we can get started but we got the gist of it I think Take care and farewell

I wouldn't say "always" and "only" but they are there the most because For X- he's the main target for the Watchers. If they want to destroy the server, they need to take out the Admin first And for Doc- he knows that^ and the Listeners (and some of the Watchers too) are too scared of him to show up directly, so he's just around a lot
