Thanks dude, perfect. And it's encouraging to hear it still sounds good on 6 strings instead of 12

Hi Connor. Glad you like it & think it sounds good. I tried to add octaves or doubles where I could to get a fuller sound, since I don’t have a 12-string.

When describing what 'notes' you are playing/holding you may find it far easier and clearer (for the viewer) to say the name of the string and which fret you are holding/ fingering, because it is not always possible to 'see' what string you are playing and which finger is being used. That would make it far clearer for anyone watching to understand.

Great video! Can you teach us that Close to The Edge riff, that is in your short clips?

Thx, Thomas. You can find that CttE lic here, starting at bar 79. For the E (first note in bar 79), tho, I play on the g string (9th fret) instead of d string at 14. Makes for easier fingering, imo. Hope that helps. www.songsterr.com/a/wsa/yes-close-to-the-edge-tab-s21766

Nice try, but you're showing it wrong. What song do you listen to because you're adding notes that aren't even there. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXabiol-aZuFedksi=L0eJPp6nW2qQ7M5z

Thx for watching & commenting. I think the way Steve shows on the 6-string is how he plays it with the 12-string. I do add extra octaves & such in order to mimic a 12-string guitar, which I don’t own, & make it sound fuller. Cheers.
