I guarantee at least one screw will cross thread or not screw in properly. Really crappy assembly process for such an expensive chair. Bought a Captain America chair in Aus and going to return it as one of those backrest screws is constantly turning without screwing in.

I have been using it a couple of months now. Great chair overall! I would definetly suggest it to people who work 8h+ at their computer.

Assembled mine yesterday. These instructions show the arms already attached. This is not how mine arrived. I had to install the arms. Other than that these instructions are correct. A tip for anyone else assembling this chair. Assemble it in the room you intend to use it in. I put mine together in the kitchen. Then found out it doesn't fit through a 30" doorway so I had to take an arm off. But in order to take the arm off the base blocks those bolts. So i had to take the base off first. It was kind of a pain in the ass.
