I heard this live last year. I felt embarrassed because my eyes were just streaming. I was going through some stuff and it brought it right out of me. Reminds me of when a mom asks "what's wrong".

What a soulful performance! You don’t need to understand the language but you feel the melancholy of the people…. Their longing and hope. Great voices especially the male singer - sends chill from my toes to my bald head…. USA; 2022

What is interesting is that each time one of the Anda Union songs comes in my KZbin playlist, I immediately recognized the group from one particular Morin Huur. Am I the only one who hears that, or is one of the instruments in a way particular? Maybe Anda Union has an answer??
@andaunion2 жыл бұрын
Yes the Morin Huur is unique and you can spot it straight away. It is played very differently from other sting instruments like the cello and each of it's two strings are actually made up of 250 fine strings. They use to be horse hair
@ymt36awq480k2 жыл бұрын
@@andaunion Indeed, It's different from other Instruments.(I'm a violinist.) But I meant that the sound of this one particular Morin Huur is different compared to other Morin Huur.
@andaunion2 жыл бұрын
Of course as they are all made by small workshops and each one has it's own way of building them. Also maybe the way a Morin Huur is played changes more from player to player. Of course these wooden Morin Huur's are a long way from the old ones made of skin and bone
@ymt36awq480k2 жыл бұрын
@@andaunion True. It's a bit like in an orchestra. Each violinist can distinguish his/her own instrument from the others just by listening to them. For me it was just curious that I immediately recognized that Anda Morin Huur, when music randomly comes in on KZbin... By the way, can I ask something? Do you plan to put the new record (the "Wind horse #2*) on KZbin. I saw it once, I liked it, and then it disappeared. :)

All of our music is distributed by a company and should be available on all platforms. I'll check. But for your information artists receive more money when you listen to them on other platforms.
