Wait no secondaries instant f tier lol all jokes aside this kinda looks like if the Hindy line was done right and can actually deal with dds at close range. Can we also take a moment to acknowledge that I think the Spanish cruisers are gonna be the second tech tree cruisers that has access to the armor elite bonus. I know the Germans have access to that with their cruisers

14:20 Isn’t that how it used to be? During most of the beta test I was actually with my family in Indonesia and my internet there SUCKED. One of my friends sent me his recordings of our games and whenever I was lagging I just went full piñata. No teleportation or whatever, same as in WoTB The only teleportation issue back then was with torps. You could dodge them by several hundred meters and still somehow have them blast holes in your hull

That AP pen is all over the place on the tier 9. I'm still not won over by the high tiers but the low tiers can be nasty with that burst fire. It isn't bad. But I'm not sure on their overall feel yet.

I will have to note this carefully, if you use historic camo, any bb that hits the Spain flag, HAS A HIGHER CHANCE FOR CITADELS! Use it at your own risk.

@@BobLyn don't you feel the Spot plane will be nerf ? I mean isn't that much firepower with BB range against other cruiser seems little bite too much ? you have big reload just after the funny button sure, but with the spot plane most of the ennemy cruisers and DD can't touch you :O
