Mostly it will rain in June.. If it's not raining, then water sports will be open. Better to check the current temperature with the hotel you booked or u can call the numbers which I have mentioned on description.

Solo traveling is fun. Look for hostel options or bnb's which can cut down the cost drastically for your stays. Depending on how you want to travel and explore the budget varies. So it may be tough to say the right budget but approx you can take it upto 65-75k which will be good enough to explore a lot of places there
