Samantha Fish started out "good" when she was very young. Then she quickly got better. This performance shows a continuation of that ever increasing talent and skill. An excellent display of showmanship! As a fan I look forward to every new performance because it will hold new and wonderful things to enjoy. I'm old and most of the time life is rather rough. Art like Samantha Fish produces gives me a great deal of joy in what might otherwise be a cold gray world.

It's not a new for her she was playing war pigs at the end of her show 4 years ago,and some of hers song a rock songs anyway,but there isn't that much room for strait rock acts these days.

What is going on here? Samantha Fish has ranked herself here among the best solo guitar players of the world! I came on this video by accident, and I watched other videos of her. Her star is rising over the last four years and there is no reason to think that she cannot even go higher. At first I thought it was an improvisation, but then I found out that she has studied Anders Osborne's own solo, and did it her way. What a perfection. I wish you wisdom Samantha, and don't let others withhold you.

thank you for the information on how the duet/solo came about. I am a huge fan of Samantha Fish as well. But I love this video of live performance because of how all the players and instruments blend into a single whole...a mighty engine of performance. The interaction between Anders and Samantha during her 'solo'... that is awesome. The "dancing" annoyed me the first time or two watching but now I am transfixed by it!

Anders has not played on any of her albums. You may be thinking of Luther Dickinson who has both played on and produced both her Wild Heart and Belle of the West albums. Luther has also collaborated many times with Anders, specifically when they toured as North Mississippi Osborne.
