They do have some sparks of chemistry but it looks like both like to be the dominant ones, and they are both gemini, anderson seems to be more centered and private and andy seems to be all over the place ,also they have different backgrounds. It seems like they could get along with each other very well but also get tired of each other soon. If they had a relationship it would probably be too volatile, better keep it professional, Anderson is a good influence for Andy business wise.

Fireworks i think cooper, his "world" is more black and white kinda of guy, structured.
