Andey Aloo Ki Salan / अंडे आलू की सालन / Anda Curry / Eggs Potatoes Curry

Andey Aalu ki Salan easy recipe
Ingredients -:
Boiled Eggs - 7 nos.
Boiled Potatoes - 3 medium size
Ginger , Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Onion paste - 4 tbsp
Roughly Chopped Tomatoes - 2 medium size
Green chillies - 2 nos.
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 to 3 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves ( kasuri methi ) - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Black paper corn - 1 tsp
Black Cardamom - 1 nos.
Crushed Green Cardamom - 4 to 5 nos.
Cinnamon stick - 1 nos.
Cloves - 4 to 5 nos.
Bay leaves - 2 nos.
Salt to taste
Water as required
Handful Chopped Coriander leaves
