5 Eggs 🥚
1 Packet Ghee
1/2 Tea 🥄 Elaichi Powder
1 Tea 🥄 Chopped Kaju
1 Tea 🥄 Chopped Pista
1 Cup Sugar
First take a non stick kadai add 5 eggs then add 1 cup sugar after that add 1 cup ghee and stir it constantly then put your gas on now put your flame to a low flame and keep stiring constantly then after 15 minutes add elaichi powder and stir it then add a little chopped kaju again stir it well stir the mixture until it gets golden brown once your mixture is golden brown then quickly put your gas off then transfer that mixture in a cake mould and set the mixture properly then garnish with chopped kaju and pista and let it rest for atleast 1 hour properly after 1 hour cut your mithai in square shape now take out your mithai one by one and dish out in a beautifully tray so it's ready to serve so enjoy it friends 👭👬 and plz plz watch my full video 🎥 and like 👍 share 👫 and subscribe my channel guys so bye Allah Hafiz.
