It is VERY much in the vibe of those games, with a slightly more traditional survival horror leaning. Which I think is a good thing.

Dreamcast Soul Calibur is always a good thing! The only things I like even more in Soul Calibur III is the character creation with the Chronicles mode. But gameplay, character roster, aesthetics, music, the Dreamcast version is just perfect. Astaroth is very cool 😎 I’m not “really” good at SC, my short time online with SC IV was proof for that! But I’ve got enough muscle memory in my fingers to enjoy the games solo or with friends. You pretty much cement what I’ve heard of the Alone in the Dark game, not for everyone but a good example of what it tries to do.

Soulcalibur is so, so good when you drill down into what makes a character good or bad. It's so addictive because games are so fast! I do recommend Alone in the Dark. I found it strangely relaxing to play.

Actually, regarding the Splinter Cell games, I actually think that Pandora Tomorrow is easier than its predecessor.

@@NebLleb I didn't find that at all. I felt like the freedom in the first one made things a little easier
